About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements
Process supplier invoices in the system (xFlow/SAP)
Validate vendor and accounting data
Release invoices for payment
Identify missing invoices and follow up with stakeholders
Manage vendor communication
Execute payments
Maintain vendor accounts
Generate reports and provide insights
Monitor supplier transactions
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Support system and process enhancements in collaboration with IT
Assist with internal and external audits
Perform internal control activities
Support additional finance-related activities as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in Economics or a related field
Advanced English skills (written and spoken)
French or German nice to have
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar Finance role
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
