About the role
- Depending on your experience, you will take technical lead of complex transformation projects at top companies in the banking, insurance and asset management sectors
- You will be responsible for solution design, architectural decisions and technical roadmaps within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- You will develop strategy-oriented platform and integration concepts (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, Customer Service Management, ESC, HRSD)
- You will work closely with relevant stakeholders and international project partners to define digital target architectures and governance models and to execute global rollouts in complex multi-platform landscapes
- You will shape best practices, standards and reusable assets for our ServiceNow practice
Requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, physics or a comparable field
- You bring initial to several years of experience in the ServiceNow environment as well as in requirements engineering, project management or enterprise architecture
- You have knowledge of and ideally project experience in Banking & Insurance (e.g., IT processes, risk/compliance, ITIL, regulatory requirements)
- You possess technical depth in one or more areas such as ServiceNow design & implementation, integrations (REST, event-driven, workflow orchestration), custom app development, multi-scope apps, CMDB modeling and process automation
- To advise our clients on-site, you are willing to travel nationally and internationally
- Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
