About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers.
  • Attract new opportunities through creative initiatives and best efforts.
  • Focus on building long-term client relationships beyond project completion.
  • Negotiate multi-year support agreements and maintain robust professional relationships of trust.
  • Build strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
