About the role

  • Design, develop, and operate next-generation core AI services, APIs, and supporting data science models
  • Collaborate with MLOps to continuously improve deployment and monitoring of models and services in production
  • Execute projects end-to-end: discovery, design, prototyping, implementation, measurement, and operations ownership
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and teammates to identify and implement optimal designs that deliver customer value
  • Improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working using agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery
  • Foster an inclusive company culture and participate in company-wide initiatives and learning opportunities

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing and deploying large-scale, high-performance services and APIs
  • Skilled in scaling and productizing ML models, including offline batch data products and models deployed in real-time online services
  • Expertise with Python and its ecosystem
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
  • Experience improving deployment and monitoring of models and services in production (MLOps collaboration)
  • Curious and thoughtful—eager to understand the “why” before implementation
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Proactive team player dedicated to continuous improvement
