About the role
- Share Beam and technology's impact on construction with the world
- Shape and share compelling narratives about our mission, customers, and product
- Own the strategy and execution: build content roadmaps, launch campaigns, and grow presence across web, social, and events
- Evolve the Beam brand in partnership with design by bringing clarity, consistency, and creativity to every touchpoint
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and action
- Shape product narrative and craft messaging that resonates with builders
- Lead product launches end-to-end, working closely with product and sales
- Build and own a content roadmap (thought leadership, blog posts, web copy, case studies)
- Talk to real customers and turn their stories into testimonials, videos, and spotlights
- Collaborate across product, sales, design, and leadership
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing at a technology company or similar
- Exceptional communication skills—you write clearly, speak with conviction, and know how to tailor a message to its audience.
- A scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit—you’re energized by ambiguity and excited to build from zero to one.
- Nice to have: Experience in a fast-paced startup environment—especially Series A/B or zero-to-one stages.
- Nice to have: Interest in (or curiosity about) the construction industry and SMBs.
- Nice to have: An eye for design
