About the role
- We're seeking a highly experienced contract recruiter to join our team in an embedded capacity, focused exclusively on high-volume sales hiring.
- This role requires deep expertise in outbound recruiting for quota-carrying sales roles in the employee benefits industry.
- You’ll be responsible for developing strong candidate pipelines, managing the full-cycle recruiting process, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Source, engage, and screen top sales talent with a background in employee benefits or related insurance/healthcare markets.
- Drive high-volume outbound sourcing strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct 3–4 recruiter screens per day and manage candidates through final stages.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand evolving needs and align recruiting strategies.
- Provide detailed weekly reporting on funnel health, outreach metrics, and hires.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and accurate documentation in our ATS
Requirements
- Proven success recruiting outbound sales talent in the employee benefits space
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambitious hiring targets
- Strong outbound sourcing capability and high passive candidate engagement
- Deep familiarity with sales hiring profiles and quotas
- Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
