About the role
- Define and execute product initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation.
- Develop and manage product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between enterprise partners and internal teams.
- Partner with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering to ensure solutions are scalable and reliable.
- Analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify trends.
- Support initiatives to optimize operational processes and leverage digital tools.
- Track and analyze key product and business metrics.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, business operations, or a related field.
- Experience in insurance, insuretech, or fintech
- Strong understanding of business processes, customer needs, and digital product development.
- Strong ability to define and negotiate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Ability to think end-to-end across business processes
- Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, CRM systems, or automation tools is helpful but not required
