About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own pipeline generation through to close across ANZ enterprise accounts
- Run complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from discovery through commercial negotiation and procurement
- Build relationships with senior buyers (CTO, CDO, Head of AI, VP Ops) and navigate large buying committees
- Collaborate with solutions engineers to scope and demonstrate the platform against customer requirements
- Develop account strategies for high-value opportunities
- Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline in CRM
- Contribute to the go-to-market playbook as an early member of the ANZ sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in technology sales or consulting, selling software or platforms to enterprise buyers
- Proven track record closing deals at $250k+ ACV with 10+ stakeholders in the buying process
- Consistent quota attainment (show us the numbers)
- Full cycle experience: you prospect, you run the process, you close
- Comfortable operating in a founder-led environment where pace moves incredibly fast
- Nice to Have: You've built something with AI, even a personal project
- Existing relationships in enterprise accounts across ANZ
- Experience selling into complex regulated industries (financial services, insurance, infrastructure, government)
