About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop React/Typescript web applications.
Design and implement UX workflows for clinical study management, data analytics, and patient diagnostics.
Own the user experience, performance, reliability, and observability of the web apps and features you develop.
Partner with product designers and cross-functional teams to develop user-centric capabilities.
Help shape the roadmap and technical direction of web applications.
Build features for visualizing insights into clinical trials.
Develop physician workflows for diagnostic report generation from AI algorithm outputs.
Enable study sites to manage the enrollment of study participants effectively.
Deploy features to assist Clinical Operations in tracking compliance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in front-end web development (React and Typescript).
Experience developing data-rich applications involving interactive visualization and manipulation of large amounts of data.
A product mindset — you care deeply about UX, edge cases, and performance.
Familiarity with GraphQL-based APIs, and ability to build consumers that scale well.
Adept at identifying optimization bottlenecks, and skilled with debuggers and code profiling tools.
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative, async environment.
Bonus points if you've worked on applications for clinical trials, patients, or in some other regulated environment.
Bonus if you have experience in EEG or with DSP.
Bonus if you have worked on back-end systems or infrastructure.
Bonus if you have contributed to open source React/Typescript projects.
