• Own the excellent delivery of operational HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including preparation of appropriate documentation, immigration compliance or implementation of processes.
• Leverage AI tools to automate HR processes and enhance employee experience.
• Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements by managing relationships with relevant administrative stakeholders.
• Own the maintenance and updates of employee data in the HR Information System (BambooHR), ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments for any changes in employee status.

• Define and lead the overall monetization strategy (IAP, DTC, subscriptions, ads).
• Optimize payer funnel: conversion, ARPPU, payer retention.
• Design and oversee pricing strategy, offer structures, and value propositions.
• Identify new revenue opportunities beyond existing segments (e.g., expanding payer base beyond VIP).
• Own monetization experimentation roadmap (A/B testing, segmentation, behavioral targeting).
• Define and execute Live Ops strategy aligned with product vision and revenue goals.
• Build seasonal calendars, event frameworks, and engagement loops.
• Ensure Live Ops support both retention and monetization objectives.

Director of Monetization – LiveOps

• Creating and running tests and use case scenarios to ensure the quality of the system and its internal/external interface
• Test application on the web and mobile platforms (cross-browser)
• Document and maintain identified defects in Jira
• Analyze and evaluate business requirements (clear and fully described)
• Work closely with Engineering , Product and customer-facing teams on designing and implementing testing solutions
• Run various testing types: Functional, GUI, E2E, API, DB. Etc

Product Manager

• Own the feature roadmap for core game improvements across multiple live titles
• Identify high-impact opportunities through gameplay analysis, data, and player feedback
• Write clear product briefs that align cross-functional teams
• Define and track KPIs, retention (D1/D7/D30), session length, payer conversion
• Collaborate with LiveOps on CRM strategies and re-engagement campaigns
• Drive A/B test design, measurement, and iteration
