About the role
- Resolve 3rd-level support tickets involving research, debugging, monitoring, and resolution
- Investigate and diagnose complex issues in web applications, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions
- Develop high-quality web applications using .NET server-side technologies or Java with willingness to switch to .NET
- Design and implement microservices architecture for complex applications
- Work with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Write unit tests using major frameworks such as NUnit or Xunit
- Collaborate with front-end developers to implement web designs and UI components
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and work closely with support team and stakeholders
- Work with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience developing end-to-end web applications with .NET Server side technologies or Java with the willingness to switch to .NET
- Experience working with microservices
- Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue is an advantage
- Experience integrating deployment tools such as Bitbucket is an advantage
- Experience working with Couchbase, RabbitMQ, Amazon cloud, or Azure is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
