About the role

  • Provide second-level (N2) pedagogical support for queries escalated from the initial support team (N1);
  • Analyze and respond to more complex pedagogical requests, based on the Be curriculum and materials;
  • Support the construction and organization of questions and answers received by the support team;
  • Participate in the daily remote advisory operations, monitoring requests from schools and educators;
  • Support training initiatives, organization of materials, pedagogical records, and team routines;
  • Continuously expand pedagogical repertoire by incorporating learnings from support interactions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages (Letras) or Teaching Licensure (required and considered for ranking); Fluent English; Postgraduate degree or specialization in Bilingual Education or Educational Management is a plus.
  • Hard skills: Pedagogical knowledge, especially in bilingual contexts and language teaching; Ability to analyze and resolve complex pedagogical issues based on materials and curricular guidelines; Proficiency with educational technology tools; Skill in preparing pedagogical reports and documents; Experience in curriculum integration and implementation.
  • Soft skills: Clear, careful, and professional communication; Organization and autonomy to manage multiple concurrent requests and prioritize cases; Collaborative attitude and teamwork; Flexibility to continuously learn and adapt to different contexts; Active listening, a strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to high-quality pedagogical support.
