About the role

  • Act as a Pedagogical Advisor to support the team in situations such as temporary substitutions, leaves of absence, demand peaks, and portfolio transitions;
  • Support new schools in curriculum implementation processes;
  • Conduct or support pedagogical follow-ups remotely and, when necessary, in person;
  • Support initial trainings, professional development meetings, and pedagogical alignments;
  • Record follow-ups, feedback, and reports in accordance with advisory processes;
  • Actively participate in team routines, curriculum studies, and pedagogical alignments.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Pedagogy, Languages, or Teaching Licensure (required and used for ranking); Postgraduate degree or specialization in Bilingual Education or Educational Management is a plus; Fluent English.
  • Hard Skills: Pedagogical knowledge, especially in bilingual contexts and language teaching; Proficiency with educational technology tools; Ability to prepare pedagogical reports and documentation; Experience in curriculum integration and implementation.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Flexibility and adaptability to different contexts and demands; Proactivity and strong organizational skills; Collaborative attitude and ability to work in a team; Active listening, empathy, and responsibility for continuity of pedagogical support.
