About the role

  • Lead, develop and support the Product team in project planning and execution;
  • Organize, supervise and monitor the production schedule for educational materials;
  • Ensure quality, consistency and innovation in the educational products developed;
  • Promote continuous alignment between the area’s projects and the organization’s pedagogical and strategic guidelines;
  • Foster integration with Pedagogical Advisory, Technology, Sales and Customer Relations teams;
  • Collaborate with the Technology team, providing strategic guidance on product development and updates;
  • Monitor the area’s performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing strategic actions;
  • Actively participate in defining new products and updating existing materials;
  • Manage resources, deadlines and priorities, ensuring effective delivery of bilingual educational solutions;
  • Represent the Product area in strategic meetings and institutional initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Languages, Pedagogy (Education) or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree in Education, Project Management, Product Management or related areas;
  • Knowledge of project management;
  • CEFR C1 certificate or higher;
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive);
  • Experience with task and project management tools;
  • In-depth knowledge of the BNCC (Brazil’s National Common Curricular Base) and contemporary pedagogical approaches;
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design and pedagogical practices applied to Bilingual Education;
  • Strong writing, editing and pedagogical adaptation skills for educational materials;
  • Ability to use educational technologies and, preferably, design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, etc.);
  • Basic UX/UI knowledge for Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs);
  • Knowledge of file finalization for print production;
  • Knowledge of visual content organization in educational materials;
  • Proven editorial experience with bilingual curriculum.
