About the role

  • Build relationships with clients and support them in realizing their business objectives
  • Manage and execute new and ongoing engagements for assigned clients
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
  • Foster continuous improvement and enhance service delivery
  • Apply Agile methodologies and ITIL principles in daily operations
  • Oversee all aspects of portfolio management, including resource allocation and project management
  • Conduct status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ERP and CRM technology within client success management and/or project management role
  • Extensive experience working as a Customer Success Manager and/or Project Manager on Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
  • Proven experience in managing ERP and/or CRM from initiation through to implementation and transition to Operations team
  • Certification in ERP / CRM products a strong asset
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership in an Enterprise organization
  • Agile Certification (CSM), ITIL or PMP preferred
  • Bachelors or Diploma or degree in Information technology, Business Management, Project Management preferred
