About the role
- Build relationships with clients and support them in realizing their business objectives
- Manage and execute new and ongoing engagements for assigned clients
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs
- Foster continuous improvement and enhance service delivery
- Apply Agile methodologies and ITIL principles in daily operations
- Oversee all aspects of portfolio management, including resource allocation and project management
- Conduct status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ERP and CRM technology within client success management and/or project management role
- Extensive experience working as a Customer Success Manager and/or Project Manager on Dynamics 365 Business Central projects
- Proven experience in managing ERP and/or CRM from initiation through to implementation and transition to Operations team
- Certification in ERP / CRM products a strong asset
- Experience interacting with senior leadership in an Enterprise organization
- Agile Certification (CSM), ITIL or PMP preferred
- Bachelors or Diploma or degree in Information technology, Business Management, Project Management preferred
