The Role: Bustle Digital Group (“BDG”) is seeking a Senior Manager, Editorial Operations to support and strengthen the workflows that connect our editorial teams with sales, marketing, and design. You’ll play a critical role in project managing editorial initiatives and sold campaigns, making sure all stakeholders are aligned, timelines are met, and deliverables are executed at the highest quality. Opportunities to flex your creative muscles — shaping concepts in brainstorms, drafting campaign copy, or supporting editorial moments like digital issues and celebrity covers.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in digital media, editorial operations, marketing, or a related field. Strong project management skills — you know how to scope a project, set deadlines, and hold teams accountable. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for spotting gaps and creating systems to close them. Excellent communicator who can manage up, across, and down — and knows how to adapt your message for different stakeholders. Comfortable working with spreadsheets, trackers, and project management tools (like Monday.com). Creative thinker who enjoys being part of editorial brainstorms and writing when needed. Curious, adaptable, and excited to learn how editorial, business, and creative strategy come together at a modern media company. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships. Experience managing and directing staff or project teams with accountability for performance outcomes.
