About the role
- Commissioning & installation of instruments to agreed timescales
- Carry out preventive maintenance to agreed schedules
- Independently complete corrective actions of instruments
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high Net Promoter Scores
- Produce timely, detailed and accurate service reports via an iPad-based App
- Manage consignment and car stock inventory optimally
- Form strong positive relationships with internal & external customers
Requirements
- Electro-mechanical/electronic engineering background
- Good fault-finding skills
- Working knowledge of IT/Networks
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service
- Flexible approach to work with a can-do attitude
