About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver product development programs aligned with business objectives
- Acting as the primary BD program lead for external development partners
- Building and managing integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, budgets
- Driving collaboration across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D teams
- Ensuring successful integration of externally developed products into BD systems
- Managing governance processes, executive reviews, risk assessments, and leadership reporting
- Supporting strategic partnership initiatives and evaluating new development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior MedTech/Medical Device leader with 10+ years of experience managing complex, global programs
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within highly regulated environments
- Strong expertise in medical device development
- Extensive experience managing external partners
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships with Chinese and broader Asian partners
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
