About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading cross-functional teams to deliver product development programs aligned with business objectives
Acting as the primary BD program lead for external development partners
Building and managing integrated program plans, milestones, deliverables, budgets
Driving collaboration across Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and R&D teams
Ensuring successful integration of externally developed products into BD systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior MedTech/Medical Device leader with 10+ years of experience managing complex, global programs
Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within highly regulated environments
Strong expertise in medical device development
Extensive experience managing external partners
Demonstrated success building and maintaining strategic relationships with Chinese and broader Asian partners
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
