Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the program architecture and drive successful project / program execution globally.
  • Develop, organize, and motivate a highly skilled cross-functional team.
  • Create and drive go-to-market strategy and ensure successful commercial launch.
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Medical, and Manufacturing resources.
  • Collaborate with the global platform leadership team.
  • Ensure implementation and rigor of product development processes and design control procedures.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and program objectives.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation by proactively generating novel concepts to improve current product performance or enhance customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in program management (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex information
  • Excellent problem solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
  • Preferred: Master's degree
  • Preferred: PMP Certification
  • Preferred: Experience working in a regulated industry, specifically medical device industry as particularly valuable
  • Ability to travel ~ 10%
