About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactive management and support of new customers within the assigned sales territory
- Clinical support for the introduction and use of incontinence products in hospitals
- Active sales activities to coordinate product trials, evaluations and pilot projects, including preparation and support for contract conclusions
- Delivery of product trainings, workshops and in‑house training sessions for medical personnel (nursing staff, physicians, therapists)
- Development and maintenance of relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other relevant healthcare stakeholders
- Support in the preparation of training materials, clinical arguments and case examples
- Participation in trade fairs, congresses and professional development events
- Collection and reporting of customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services
- Support in implementing care pathways and integrating products into clinical workflows
- Collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Business Development
- Revision, updating and recording of information in our CRM tool salesforce.com to keep data accurate and up to date
- Responsibility for achieving quantitative and qualitative monthly, quarterly and annual targets (targets and annual performance review)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed nursing qualification or equivalent
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a clinical/hospital environment or similar
- Initial sales experience in medical technology or the pharmaceutical industry (required)
- Ideally, experience in incontinence care
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of initiative, customer focus and a very high willingness to travel (up to 4 days per week)
- Confident use of digital tools and presentation media
- Business‑fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a goal‑ and performance‑oriented manner
- Independence, personal responsibility and team orientation
- Good IT skills (MS Office, etc.)
