About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the commercial development and leadership of a regional sales team

Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in business administration, natural sciences, medical technology or healthcare management
- Several years of sales experience in medical devices or the healthcare sector
- Initial leadership experience or a strong coaching mentality
- Proficient in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.com
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region (approx. 50–70%)
