About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Efficient implementation of decisions and product introductions with clinical customers using informational materials and publications
- Regular contact with key opinion leaders (KOLs) who influence the positioning and perception of BD solutions
- Establishment and maintenance of strategic relationships to purposefully develop a resilient network of customers and healthcare partners with the goal of achieving sustainable competitive advantages
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager SM Germany on sales support activities
- Close collaboration with Account Managers to support and improve the sales and post-sales process
- Continuous professional development regarding product knowledge and competitor solutions
- On-site and remote troubleshooting; reporting and handling of complaints
- Participation in congresses and conducting customer training sessions
- Active participation in internal product trainings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training or degree in a medical, biological, microbiological or related field
- Knowledge of the healthcare system
- Familiarity with laboratory, diagnostic and clinical processes
- Experience working with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Proactive, independent working style and problem-solving skills in a complex work environment
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness, as well as a structured approach
- Ability to network extensively and manage relationships, plus emotional intelligence
- High self-motivation, self-confidence, openness to feedback and a positive basic attitude
- Proven proficiency with modern common PC and IT applications; initial experience with the CRM system SFDC (Salesforce) is desirable
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) and enjoyment of travel within Switzerland, and occasionally to other destinations in Central Europe
- Business-fluent German and very good English and French skills
