About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and own the annual marketing plan and budget, aligning with corporate strategy to meet U.S. revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Segment and Worldwide Marketing to prepare for product launches, ensuring rapid adoption of new and existing solutions
  • Work with Sales to create training plans and ensure marketing materials and campaigns support sales execution
  • Drive demand through events, digital marketing, targeted advertising, and partner programs
  • Manage and optimize marketing spend to enhance return on investment, using benchmarks such as MQLs, conversion rates, and campaign performance
  • Advocate for internal and external customers, ensuring product, service, and business requirements are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in scientific, engineering, or marketing fields required
  • 7+ years in marketing and business development, preferably in the point of care segment and or pharmaceutical or analytical instrumentation/software/services sector
  • Proven ability to lead from the front with minimal direct support, develop talent, and collaborate across global and local teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and strategic thinking
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
