About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a strategic HR advisor to commercial leaders, aligning talent strategy with business objectives, including revenue growth and sales force effectiveness
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning to ensure the right structure, capabilities, and capacity to execute go-to-market strategies
- Drive talent management outcomes, including succession planning, leadership development, and retention of critical talent
- Partner with Total Rewards to design and implement compensation strategies that reinforce performance and align with market competitiveness
- Enable a high-performance culture through leadership coaching, engagement strategies, and differentiated performance management
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable talent solutions and enterprise HR programs
- Lead or support complex business initiatives, including reorganizations, integrations, and M&A-related activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner support to commercial or revenue-generating functions in a regulated industry
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate strategy into actionable HR plans
- Expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and/or change management
