About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for creating and preparing all Global reporting for monthly performance, forecasts, and annual budgets
  • Ensures data integrity across large datasets by reconciling financial data between source systems and reporting outputs
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline reporting through automation
  • Maintains and improves reporting processes
  • Develops complex Excel models to support financial reporting
  • Plays a key role in supporting integration activities related to reporting and modeling utilizing multiple data sources
  • Produces clear, structured reports suitable for both finance and leadership stakeholders
  • Supports preparation of presentation decks for leadership
  • Provides ad hoc performance reporting for Global DS as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • B.S. degree required with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in an Accounting/Finance function required including experience partnering with stakeholders
  • Highly proficient working with MS Excel and reasonably proficient with other common applications such as MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of financial statements and analytical techniques
  • Good working knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and corporate finance policy guidelines
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate effectively with Advanced Diagnostics finance associates
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task, well organized, good analytical and communication skills, good attention to detail and quality oriented.
  • Preferred: CPA/CA/MBA or equivalent or working toward qualification
  • Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting
  • Working knowledge of SAP, BPC and PowerBI, highly preferred
