About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of Flow cytometer systems and equipment at customer site.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration services to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and support to clients on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Manage and prioritize service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution to minimize downtime.
- Participate in on-call rotation and emergency support as required.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and industry regulations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electrical/ Biomedical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in field service engineering, particularly with complex industrial or high-tech systems.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving intricate technical problems involving hardware, software, and networking components.
- Valid driver's license and passport.
- Certifications in relevant technical areas (e.g., specific equipment, networking) are a plus.
