About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute product promotional plan for all customers within the assigned geographical area.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to identify business opportunities.
- Assist Key Account Managers to develop and execute account specific promotional plans.
- Develop and maintain close working relationship with Health Care Professionals.
- Assist in the development of new business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing department regarding competitive activity.
- Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience in Medical Sales or equivalent industry experience such as clinical or marketing
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire others.
