About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development, implementation and support of system interfaces to/from BD
- Conduct technical requirements analyses for BD solutions with customers
- Support the sales team in solution discussions to define the technical scope
- Installation and support of interface software
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize and assess risks for project-related tasks
- Ensure the stability and timely updates of interfaces for all assigned customers
- Provide helpdesk and remote support for customers and distributors
- Assist with system upgrades related to interfaces
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent proven professional experience in IT
- Strong knowledge of Windows, databases, server-based solutions, virtual machines (VMs), network administration, or a combination thereof
- Experience with secure infrastructure solutions
- Experience planning and implementing enterprise-scale projects
- Ability to provide remote support to customers (e.g., via VPN, RDP, etc.)
- Experience with remote management platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with agile, cross-functional teams
- Fluent German and good English skills
- A third language (French or Spanish) is a plus
