About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads the Sexual Health product portfolio strategy and requirements definition
  • Leads product development, launch, and lifecycle management for the Sexual Health assay portfolio
  • Translates customer needs, market trends, competitive dynamics, and clinical guidelines into clear portfolio priorities
  • Owns global product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for Sexual Health offerings
  • Partners closely with regional and commercial teams to support launches, demand generation, and sales enablement
  • Champions customer and market insights, integrating feedback from clinicians and laboratories
  • Monitors portfolio performance, utilization, and market feedback to improve growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provides financial and pricing leadership for the Sexual Health portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced degree and/or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of product management experience within IVD, medical devices, diagnostics, or life sciences
  • Experience in the development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of diagnostic or medical device products
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing decisions across a matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated ability to build alignment, manage complexity, and drive results in a fast-paced global business environment
