Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop revenue and market share across your territory
  • Actively prospect new customers and retain your existing portfolio
  • Promote solutions to surgeons, pharmacists, procurement teams and hospital management
  • Implement the company’s commercial strategy in the field
  • Lead and respond to tenders, highlighting agreements with group purchasing organizations and purchasing centers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to operating room teams
  • Develop and manage centers of excellence within your region
  • Contribute to the successful launch of new, innovative products
  • Identify growth opportunities and structure your commercial action plan
  • Provide regular reporting on your activities and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Commercial and/or technical education
  • Proven experience selling medical devices or operating-room equipment
  • Good knowledge of the Southeast France territory and an active network with healthcare professionals
  • Expertise in a specialty: gynecology, urology, orthopedics, neurosurgery, spine, thoracic surgery
  • Hunter mentality with a strong results orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to persuade senior stakeholders
  • Autonomy, organizational skills and a strategic mindset
  • Interest in innovative and fast-growing environments
