About the role

Lead a centralized team responsible for pricing and contract operations within BD’s Global Business Services (GBS) organization
Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, and all key stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant pricing and contract execution
Supervise and coach contracts and pricing operations team
Implement key business decisions and ensure delivery of all service levels for contract and pricing process timeliness and accuracy
Deliver dedicated team alignment and execution of pricing and contract processes
Ensure accurate execution of various operational agreements and customer relationships
Develop strong business partnerships contributing to sales growth
Maximize utilization of automation and digital enterprise tools for efficient pricing and contract processes
Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, contracts, commercial operations, or GBS
Proven experience in leading process transitions
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with I5, Vistex and pricing systems preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
