About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing field level support for the Interventional Surgery division.
- Execute field level surgical case support and professional training plans.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct product in-servicing, assessments, and demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Field Sales and Marketing teams.
- Analyze territory sales performance and identify areas of opportunity.
- Maintain accurate account records and control expenses within budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience.
- Ability to work in an Operating Room respectfully.
- Ability to be flexible with schedule.
- Demonstrated leadership, persuasion and influencing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 80%.
- Must possess and maintain a valid drivers’ license.
