About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Medical Affairs and Clinical Affairs teams

- Oversee clinical project management and execution

Requirements
What you’ll need- MD or MD/PhD required
- Board certification in Hematopathology preferred
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a regulated diagnostic healthcare environment
- Experience in clinical trial design, operations, and execution
- Experience managing clinical flow cytometry laboratory operations
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively represent Biosciences to external stakeholders
- Excellent command of oral and written communication skills
- Proven track record of life science innovation
- Ability to lead remote teams and manage projects across geographical sites
