About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead process improvement initiatives
- Serve as an expert resource to internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with leadership to develop design strategies
- Research data and set strategy for key metrics
- Handle and perform other incidental duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- 8 years of previous related experience with direct healthcare management in large clinical organizations
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Experience with quality performance, clinical process design, and project management preferred
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural environment
- Extensive knowledge of BD policies and procedures
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
