About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Reporting to the Business Process Excellence (BPE) Organizations with primary responsibility for Bioscience master data
Work mainly on IT data transition and integration activities
Support and will be accountable for the achievement of data integration goals
Drive master data creation for new product introduction and product sustaining
Make recommendations and lead implementation of process improvements
Responsible for coordination, oversight, and evaluation of the training of team members
Execute end-to-end data integration activities, including BD SAP Everest data extraction, SAP S/4HANA data loads
Actively participates in the Master Data and Enterprise Data Governance teams
Communicate with and support regional affiliates as required to resolve product master data issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors Degree in a scientific, technical, or business discipline
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience using the SAP system
Preferred 5+ years of experience including a minimum of 1-2 years project management experience
Minimum of 3-5 years business experience, preferably in a medical, pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
Experience working across end ‑ to ‑ end product development, data integration projects or NPI processes
Experience in SAP design/implementation with a good understanding of all SAP master data and material number assignment systems
Knowledge in Reagents and Instruments manufacturing processes with focus on master data accuracy requirements
Familiarity with new product introduction processes and SAP data requirements
Strong knowledge of reporting functionality, SAP BI and Power BI
Experience in use of data automation tools (such as Innowera or Winshuttle) to support data loads, mass changes and reduce manual data entry in applicable processes
