About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage order entry for customers (creation of orders)
- Handle complaints and claims
- Monitor customer credit notes
- Provide feedback on sales performance
- Help resolve disputes between Sales and Marketing and Customers
- Process returns of stock
- Issue invoices
- Maintain databases
- Produce reports as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma required
- 2 years of customer service experience required
- 2 years of call center experience preferred
- Fluent English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Positive attitude
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Team player
- Self motivated
