About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Director Platform Solutions & Services, responsible for architecture, design, and delivery of functional solutions across Contract to Cash process.
- Lead and participate in solution design discussions with TGS strategic system integrators.
- Collaborate with business partners to elicit and translate business requirements into functional design and technical specifications.
- Develop productive relationships and strategic alignment with business partner teams across the organization.
- Facilitate & collaborate with global vendor support teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in progressively responsible roles within the technology function.
- Strong functional and technical experience across Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Technical Service processes.
- Deep understanding and hands on experience in S/4, Vistex and ERP application ecosystem.
- Basic ABAP debugging skills and familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP BTP/cloud-based BRIM extensions.
- Proven track record in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations on S4 HANA.
- Knowledge of E-Commerce processes is a plus
