About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive adoption, build relationships and make real impact in Urology Critical Care across NSW
  • Grow BD’s presence across NSW by combining clinical credibility with commercial drive
  • Build strong relationships with ICU teams, urology surgeons, nurse unit managers, nurses and procurement
  • Drive adoption of new products (including PureWick) by confidently engaging new customers and identifying opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets across the Urology Critical Care portfolio
  • Manage a strategic territory plan with clear goals and prioritised actions
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Identify product, competitive and clinical trends to inform strategy
  • Partner closely with Clinical Specialists to support product trials, education programs and implementations
  • Attend conferences, workshops and industry events to build your network
  • Continuously develop technical expertise in Urology and Critical Care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
  • Clinical or Sales experience in ICU, ED, Anaesthetic or Critical Care Nurse/Tech is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence initiating and building new customer relationships
  • High levels of motivation, resilience and commercial awareness
  • Ability to analyse data, spot opportunities and manage a pipeline
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills - clinically and commercially
  • Tertiary qualification in healthcare or science (advantageous)
  • Driver’s licence and ability to travel within NSW
