About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive adoption, build relationships and make real impact in Urology Critical Care across NSW
- Grow BD’s presence across NSW by combining clinical credibility with commercial drive
- Build strong relationships with ICU teams, urology surgeons, nurse unit managers, nurses and procurement
- Drive adoption of new products (including PureWick) by confidently engaging new customers and identifying opportunities
- Achieve sales targets across the Urology Critical Care portfolio
- Manage a strategic territory plan with clear goals and prioritised actions
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Identify product, competitive and clinical trends to inform strategy
- Partner closely with Clinical Specialists to support product trials, education programs and implementations
- Attend conferences, workshops and industry events to build your network
- Continuously develop technical expertise in Urology and Critical Care
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals
- Clinical or Sales experience in ICU, ED, Anaesthetic or Critical Care Nurse/Tech is advantageous but not mandatory
- Strong influencing, negotiation and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence initiating and building new customer relationships
- High levels of motivation, resilience and commercial awareness
- Ability to analyse data, spot opportunities and manage a pipeline
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication skills - clinically and commercially
- Tertiary qualification in healthcare or science (advantageous)
- Driver’s licence and ability to travel within NSW
