About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provides sales consultation and workflow analysis of existing processes within medication management and supply chain systems
Identifies current areas of inefficiencies, patient/provider safety concerns, revenue augmentation, cost reduction, regulatory non-compliance, and drug diversion opportunities
Performs workflow redesign with practice change recommendations and accompanying BD solutions to facilitate achievement of best practices and customer strategic goals
Provides clinical consulting support primarily for sales to develop customer specific strategic BD solution roadmaps
Collaborates and builds synergistic relationships with all members of the Sales team, Marketing, Product Research and Development teams, Interface Teams, Implementation & Support teams, Customer Advocacy, and Training
Acts as a thought leader to readily share healthcare knowledge with internal and external customers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required
Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist required
5-10 years of experience in an acute care hospital environment required
3 to 5 years of experience with pharmacy operations automation and medication automated dispensing cabinets
3 -5 years of hospital departmental management/leadership experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Up to 75% travel required, including nights and some weekends
