About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Senior Manager will be responsible for Technical Service support of the Molecular and Women’s Health portfolios.
- Relentless pursuit of improved customer experience while improving profitability.
- Lead all service activities following GPDS for New Product Development in support of the MDx Segment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to advocate for product stability, reliability, and serviceability.
- Build a multiyear funnel of cost down projects including identifying opportunities for repaired spare parts.
- Deliver technical training excellence to increase field efficacy as measured by standard product health metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Minimum of 3 years within a Technical Services organization including demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.
- Minimum of 3 years leading technical teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with new product introduction into the Medical Diagnostics/Health Care Industry.
- Highly developed ‘influencing without authority’ skills and ability to work successfully in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach audiences at all organizational levels.
- Track record of successful leadership demonstrated by high employee engagement and career progression of team members.
- Ability to convert general data and findings into specific, actionable recommendations, and experienced with developing and using dashboards to drive team goals.
- Exceptional ability to build relationships – collaborate across different legs of the organization to deliver results.
