About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Senior Manager will be responsible for Technical Service support of the Molecular and Women’s Health portfolios.
  • Relentless pursuit of improved customer experience while improving profitability.
  • Lead all service activities following GPDS for New Product Development in support of the MDx Segment.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to advocate for product stability, reliability, and serviceability.
  • Build a multiyear funnel of cost down projects including identifying opportunities for repaired spare parts.
  • Deliver technical training excellence to increase field efficacy as measured by standard product health metrics.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years within a Technical Services organization including demonstrated progression of increasing responsibility.
  • Minimum of 3 years leading technical teams.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with new product introduction into the Medical Diagnostics/Health Care Industry.
  • Highly developed ‘influencing without authority’ skills and ability to work successfully in a cross-functional matrixed organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively tailor approach to reach audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Track record of successful leadership demonstrated by high employee engagement and career progression of team members.
  • Ability to convert general data and findings into specific, actionable recommendations, and experienced with developing and using dashboards to drive team goals.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships – collaborate across different legs of the organization to deliver results.
