Sell, drive profitable growth and perform total account management for DS Product Portfolio in hospitals and clinical labs within assigned territory
Develop and implement territory and strategic account sales plans; lead account planning tailored to hospital economic and strategic drivers
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and economic justification; provide product information and demonstrations
Maintain and grow base revenue stream; ensure customer satisfaction through consistent and ongoing customer contact and post-sales support
Work with BD customer-facing associates and distribution partners to support customer growth and long-term retention
Manage sales process across clinical laboratory, infectious disease clinicians, pharmacy, value analysis, hospital administration, and other stakeholders
Coordinate installations with Service organization and support long-term customer success
Monitor expenses to budget, report administrative and call data, enter funnel and competitive data, manage contracts and renewals, and adhere to OHSA and Universal Lab precautions

Requirements
BA / BS in Life Sciences, biological areas, business or related field
Equivalent experience in Medical Technology (MT ASCP) or Microbiology is acceptable
Minimum 3 years documented sales success (top 20%) in broad range laboratory products
