About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the dedicated IT Business Partner for Greater Asia logistics and distribution operations
  • Partner with Regional ISC and Operations leaders to support warehouse moves, RDC start-ups/shut-downs, and capacity shifts
  • Act as the single point of IT accountability for logistics initiatives in the region
  • Lead IT engagement for APM integration activities impacting Greater Asia, including readiness, localization, and warehouse transitions
  • Support regional ERP and supply chain system deployments, ensuring smooth cutover and interim flow design
  • Drive IT alignment for 3PL onboarding, exit, or migration scenarios common in the region
  • Own end-to-end IT delivery for logistics and RDC-related capabilities (ERP, WMS, TMS, integrations, reporting)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with strong focus on logistics, distribution, or RDC operations
  • Proven experience supporting APAC / Greater Asia supply chain environments
  • Strong hands-on exposure to ERP (SAP ECC, S/4, JDE), WMS (e.g., Manhattan), and warehouse integrations
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior regional business leaders and manage complex change.
