Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulated medical device industries
  • 5+ years leading large, global service organizations
  • Advanced degree preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated success in service transformation, operational excellence, and customer experience improvement
  • Proven track record of integrating digital platforms, analytics, and automation
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen
  • Expertise in navigating complex, matrixed organizations
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% (domestic and international)
