About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Champion a customer-centric service culture by embedding the voice of the customer

Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in regulated medical device industries
- 5+ years leading large, global service organizations
- Advanced degree preferred but not required
- Demonstrated success in service transformation, operational excellence, and customer experience improvement
- Proven track record of integrating digital platforms, analytics, and automation
- Strong financial and analytical acumen
- Expertise in navigating complex, matrixed organizations
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma principles
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30–40% (domestic and international)
