About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the end-to-end intake and reorder processes for Purewick reimbursement customers
- Ensure seamless enrollment in Liberator’s supply program
- Deliver personalized service and support to uphold satisfaction and compliance standards
- Effectively communicate features and benefits of the PureWick™ system
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and call tracking systems
- Meet departmental call volume targets for both inbound and outbound communications
- Ensure adherence to phone quality and compliance standards
- Work cross-functionally across the organization to support customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years related experience or training
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret medical supply publications
- Ability to write business correspondence
- Ability to present information and respond to questions
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Word Processing software, Excel, and database software
- Knowledge of call center telecommunications software
