About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and implement a standardized EMEA FP&A data model
  • Build and maintain Power Apps to collect and validate payroll inputs
  • Develop Power Automate workflows for approvals and controls
  • Build, operate, and optimize a Microsoft Fabric lakehouse
  • Partner closely with FP&A, HR, and local finance teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern Azure data platforms
  • Proven delivery experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Solid understanding of FP&A processes
  • Experience standardizing and automating finance or HR data
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a greenfield setup
