- Establish and expand Certified Practitioner networks
- Track adoption and performance of deployed tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- University bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering or a related field
- Ten (10)+ years of MedTech industry experience
- Eight (8)+ years proven experience in a company with continuous improvement culture
- Extensive experience using Lean tools
- Proven cross-functional/matrixed organizational problem-solving skills
- Excellent project management skills
- True passion for continuous improvement, measuring results, and problem solving
