About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site and remote technical support for BD Pyxis automated dispensing systems
- Diagnose, service, and resolve hardware and software issues
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Perform installations, repairs, calibrations, and provide sales support
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and inventory
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Manage company assets (vehicle, tools, inventory) responsibly
Requirements
What you’ll need- 24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment
- Experience with computer electronics, Windows OS, and networking
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Medical device or electromechanical device service/repair experience
- Customer Support Certification
- Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards
