About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Propose and perform appropriate market research and VOC activities for innovation projects
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, analyze market data, VOC and VOS insights
- Collaborate with the innovation team to advance projects
- Serve as key marketing contact with startups for potential external partnership assessment
- Propose line extensions and new products
- Collaborate with the product development team to define and prioritize product features
- Support the Global Product Development System (GPDS) process as a core team member
- Accountable for completion of respective marketing deliverables
- Use fact-based data to inform key decisions
- Lead the product launch efforts
- Develop a global marketing and related launch plan
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with a focus in marketing and/or product/solution management
- Ability to understand technical and clinical aspects of intravenous infusion business
- Experience in highly matrixed environments
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer focused and results orientated
- Strong negotiation skills
- Refined ability to influence cross functional teams with authority
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in Marketing, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- MBA preferred
