- Responsible for process support activities
- Supports Molding Manufacturing Unit's primary objectives
- Leads and supports molding capital improvement projects
- Responsible for realizing budgeted cost reductions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Molding related subject
- 5 years of work experience in a molding environment preferred
- Master Molder or comparable certification
- Knowledge of proper molding engineering practices
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing initiatives
