About the role
- Build, manage, and optimize an end-to-end PureWick direct-to-consumer CRM program across e-mail, text, surveys, chat, and emerging digital tools
- Optimize the customer marketing strategy and execution for DTC across the customer journey
- Define and oversee deployment of marketing campaigns (lead nurture, retention, promotion, surveys) to increase customer lifetime value (LTV) and engagement metrics
- Manage conversion, retention, value-add, survey and transactional communications focused on KPI improvement
- Drive improvement in deliverability, sender score, and customer satisfaction
- Manage copy and creative execution in partnership with marketing, design, and development resources
- Collaborate with digital, phone sales, and customer service channels to drive conversion, LTV, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive positive business outcomes through tests, features, initiatives, and product/service launches
- Support BD Home Care mission to deliver clinically superior solutions for people with chronic bladder conditions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience managing Direct to Consumer (DTC) end-to-end campaigns across e-mail, text, surveys, and other digital communication tools
- 5+ years of experience working in a performance-minded DTC e-commerce organization with full visibility and management of end-to-end customer journey and KPIs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable steps
- Consultative approach and project management capabilities
- Ability to build business cases to support key initiatives
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Associates will be required to be on-site Monday - Thursday and may work at home on Friday
- Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
- Preferred: Experience in the Healthcare industry
